Capability index

Avionics services, defined by system — not by guesswork

Each capability below is delivered with a defined installation plan, interconnect design, functional test procedure and closing documentation set.

SVC-01

CAPABILITY

Avionics Installation & Integration

Garmin-centered installations planned around your aircraft's existing bus architecture, panel real estate and mission profile.

  • Garmin avionics installations and integration
  • GPS / NAV / COM system installation
  • ADS-B Out/In and transponder systems
  • Audio panel installations
  • Autopilot integration
  • Electronic flight instruments (EFIS/EFD)

SVC-02

CAPABILITY

Panel Modernization & Glass Cockpit

Full instrument panel redesign — layout study, cutout drawings, structural and lighting considerations, then fabrication and install.

  • Complete aircraft panel modernization
  • Glass cockpit upgrades
  • Panel layout and cutout engineering
  • Instrument and switch consolidation
  • Panel lighting integration
  • Weight & balance support when applicable

SVC-03

CAPABILITY

Electrical, Wiring & Harnesses

Harnesses fabricated to aviation standards with labeled bundles, documented pinouts and clean routing you can service years later.

  • Wiring and harness fabrication
  • Aircraft electrical and avionics integration
  • Bus loading and power distribution review
  • Bonding, shielding and noise mitigation
  • Connector and pinout documentation
  • Legacy wiring removal and cleanup

SVC-04

CAPABILITY

Test, Troubleshooting & Documentation

Every modification is configured, functionally tested and documented so the aircraft leaves with a defensible paper trail.

  • Avionics troubleshooting and fault isolation
  • Pitot-static and transponder testing
  • Configuration and functional testing
  • Documentation of avionics modifications
  • FAA Form 337 / approved-data support when required
  • Engineering-style AS-INSTALLED documentation

Workmanship

Harnesses built to be serviced, not just installed

Bundles are laid out, labeled and routed against a documented interconnect. Pin assignments, splice locations and connector callouts are recorded so the next technician — ours or yours — is never reverse-engineering the aircraft.
